That is a great idea to share voice memos (and/or an equivalent small creative act), as a way to ease into something new. Trick the brain to calm down and trust the intuitive flow. Great article!

Sometimes, when the weight of creativity seems too much, I try to remember to pause and say to myself, "What is the Next Right Step?" and there always is one. And one becomes two, two becomes three, and so on. The trick is to remember...
